Brian began his love of performing while part of a drumline. With the drumline, he performed at Downtown Disney, in the NYC Columbus Day Parade and at Lucas Oil Stadium, just to name a few. The thrill of performing led Brian to the conclusion that he needed to form a band. The early days began much like many bands, in the basement of his home, and what began as two friends jamming to their favorite tunes, slowly evolved. With the addition of talented musicians, all enjoying the music that they come to play and perform together the band has become Mayhem LI.

Xavier, Co-Founder and

Xavier discovered his musical talents at an early age. At the age of 8, he developed a love for playing the piano. He played only classical music for many years, then suddenly transitioned to classic rock while hanging out with his friend (and co-founder) Bria

Xavier discovered his musical talents at an early age. At the age of 8, he developed a love for playing the piano. He played only classical music for many years, then suddenly transitioned to classic rock while hanging out with his friend (and co-founder) Brian one night; they decided to jam. What Brian and Xavier discovered was a common interest in musical styles and a love for performing and sharing their music with others. After a few of these jam sessions, they decided to expand and invited some musically talented friends to join in the fun. Shortly after forming what is now known as MayhemLI, Xavier auditioned for and was accepted into the front ensemble of the drumline that Brian was a part of. Together this dynamic duo traveled to various stadiums to perform. The band continued to grow into what we see today…..a group of very talented and passionate musicians who call themselves “Mayhem Long Island”

Andrew started playing guitar around the age of 18. He now practices about 2 hours a day to improve his skills. His passion for music is only surpassed by his love of bowling. He is on 4 leagues and works part time in a bowling alley. He is extremely happy that he was asked to join the band and have an opportunity to play for an audience.
Percussions
Joining the group in 2022.....
Ari is the percussionist for Mayhem LI. For Ari, music occupies a large part of his life. He is passionate about playing the drums and has been taking drum lessons for many years.
Ari's love of drumming evolved from playing on sand pails and white utility buckets all the way up to rocking a 13-piece drum kit, And now, more recently, the Congas, Bongos, and Djembe, all of which get a daily workout. Really it is as if Ari were born with drumsticks in his hands, always using whatever he could to keep the beat: his fingers, hands, pencils, and even kitchen utensils.
Ari’s taste in music runs from Pop, Rock and Roll, Oldies, Reggae, to foreign artists. He was a member of past drumline and now the Calhoun Music and Drum Academy’s Drumline.
In his personal time Ari is a TV show and movie enthusiast who enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and attending Broadway shows. Ari is proud and thrilled to have been asked to join Mayhem Long Island’s band.
Fun Fact: Ari is a left-handed drummer.

Joining the group in 2022....
Jonathan has a love and passion for singing. Jonathan currently attends the theater day program at FREE, and has been in multiple FREE Players productions. He is also a member of the FREE Players Drumline and is currently taking voice lessons at Rock N Roll U.
Jonathan would like to thank Jared, Chris and the the gang for asking him to join the band and be part this amazing experience.

Joining the group in 2023....
Playing with a live band has been a dream for Jackson and so he was thrilled to be invited to join Mayhem Ll as an additional keyboardist in June of 2023. He began taking piano lessons at the age of 6 and now, helped along by perfect pitch, can play most songs by ear. His love of music has lead him to deejaying gigs along with developing a keen interest in sound engineering & lighting design. He looks forward to playing more shows with the whole Mayhem Ll.

We are seeking 1 experienced bass guitarist to join our group. Must enjoy playing classic rock tunes, be open to selecting songs based on group decisions and comfortable performing in front of large audiences. The ability to sing backup vocals is beneficial, but not required. Must have own transportation to rehearsals and shows throughout Nassau and Suffolk County.
